After submitting the materials for review and publication, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions:
Document terms:
Shooting, Materials: Editorial, Model Tests, Lookbook, Campaign, Interview and other genres in photo, video or audio formats (jpeg, png, gif, MPEG-4, avi, WebP, mp3, wav, etc.);
Publication: broadcast of Materials on the website www.awakerevue.com and their publication on the social media of the AWAKE Revue magazine;
Team Member, Author: Producer, Photographer, Director, Videographer, Stylist, Makeup Artist, Hairdresser, Set Designer, Retoucher, Assistant, Model, Modeling Agency and other specialists not mentioned in the text of the Policy — any person who participates in the process of creating Materials.
Terms of publication:
The publication in the AWAKE Revue magazine is not commercial;
We don’t publish photoshoots on a commercial terms, the main standard for publication is the accordance of the photoshoot to style of the magazine;
All Authors agree to publish Materials in the AWAKE Revue magazine;
AWAKE Revue reserves the right of first Publication. Materials sent to the editorial office shouldn’t be published on social media, websites, magazines, print and digital media of any editorial orientation;
After the publication of Materials in the AWAKE Revue magazine, the Authors will not send Materials for review and publication in other media of any format and editorial orientation;
The Authors should mention Instagram account of the AWAKE Revue @awakerevuemagazine in each publication of the Materials on Instagram;
The Authors should mention the AWAKE Revuewebsite in each publication of Materials on other websites;
AWAKE Revue doesn’t publish Materials containing scenes of violence and the use of illegal drugs;
AWAKE Revue is not responsible for violation of third’s parties rights as a result of the Publication of Materials,including violation of intellectual and other rights of third parties. The Authors of the Materials are personally responsible for non-compliance with the interests of third parties before and after Publication. All claims and complaints should be solved to the Authors to resolve any disputes;
AWAKE Revue is not responsible for Publishing Materials with the participation of underage Models in a provocative and defiant way, because the editorial office doesn’t request the age of models, only the Authors of the Materials are responsible for respecting the rights of underage Models;
AWAKE Revue will immediately delete all Materials with underage Models after the legal representatives of the Model contact the editorial office by e-mail hello@awakerevue.com. However, all claims and questions about the publication should be solved with the Authors of the Materials;
AWAKE Revue has the right not to remove Materials containing nudity of an adult model. The personal desire of the Model or third parties may not be taken into account, all claims and questions about the Publication should be solved with the Authors of the Materials;
AWAKE Revue will not correct or delete the Model Agency after Publication. The signatures will indicate the Modeling Agency from which the Authors booked the Model for shooting, except in cases where the Agency was written incorrectly by the Authors;
AWAKE Revue is not responsible for signatures that may contain an incomplete list of Authors or incorrect names, brands, etc. We try to check the information, but this is not always possible;
AWAKE Revue will make corrections to signatures after the Authors send a request with a list of mistakes and necessary edits to the editorial office by e-mail hello@awakerevue.com. It’s not possible to make edits on digital covers sometimes, be sure that the signatures contain a complete and correct list of Authors;
AWAKE Revue has the right to remove Materials without notifying the Authors for the following reasons: — The Materials have been published in other media of any format and editorial orientation; — The Materials demonstrate the underage Model in a provocative and defiant way; — The Materials violate the intellectual and other rights of third parties; — Other reasons not listed in the text of the Policy, which the editorial office may identify as a violation of the interests of AWAKE Revue or third parties;
AWAKE Revue doesn’t pass the Materials to third parties, doesn’t sell or use them for commercial purposes and undertakes to mention the Authors of the Materials in the signatures on the website www.awakerevue.com and in the social media of the magazine;
AWAKE Revue has the right to use Materials in its own advertising and campaigns to attract an audience by using Materials, Author names, links to Publications on various advertising platforms: the Yandex advertising network, Instagram, etc. It helps to increase the audience;
All controversial issues should be resolved with the editorial office by contacting the post office hello@awakerevue.com.
